Warranty periods vary by manufacturer. Brands we are authorized distributors for, such as RefComp, Danfoss, and Bitzer, offer 12 to 24 months warranty. Keep your invoice and original packaging; damaged or unpackaged products may be excluded from warranty.

You can bring the product with its original packaging and invoice to our store within 14 days of delivery, or send it by courier. We coordinate with authorized manufacturer services for warranty-covered defects.
